Tim McCracken, NHA
Tim McCracken’s interest in a long-term care career began as a volunteer in 2004 while an undergraduate student at Immaculata University majoring in Music Therapy. In 2012, he joined Nationwide Healthcare Services as an Activity Director. Soon after, he earned his Nursing Home Administrator license and began his work as an Administrator in 2018.

Sa’Meerah Gitonga brings more than a decade of experience to her role as Director of Nursing. A Widener University graduate, she previously served as the Unit Manager and ADON, She is passionate about putting the residents’ best interest first and is always willing to go the extra mile for not only the nursing department, but all of Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation.

My name is Nedre Dorazio; I am the Director of Admissions and have been with Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation for 9 years. I enjoy spending time with family and reading.
Margaret Arlt loves planning events for the residents and their families. Each month, she prepares a dynamic activities calendar filled with programs for each and every day. She enjoys seeing the residents happy, especially around the holidays and says the daily interactions with residents are her favorite part of the job.

Nicole Olinchak has been part of the Nationwide Healthcare Services family for six years, spending the first five years supporting sister facility Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Media, Pa. She joined Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in 2019. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and also enjoy traveling.
Business Office Manager
Bianca McFadden joined the Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation team in 2019. She works with residents, their families and local agencies to secure financial coverage or medical assistance grants. She is a huge Eagles fan who enjoys traveling and dancing.
Drew Zetts has spent the past 11 years working in long-term care, and became part of the Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation family in 2019. His background includes coursework in Facility Maintenance at Delaware Technical Community College Innovation Technology Center. Drew is an outdoors enthusiast and an avid fan of bull riding.
