Bruce Martins, NHA, MBA
Administrator

Bruce Martins has been passionately leading long-term care facilities for over five years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology & Black American Studies from the University of Delaware, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University. He believes in principles of transformational leadership using a strong sense of vision, upbeat personality and unity to inspire and create positive change.


 

Margaret Arlt
Activities Director

Margaret Arlt loves planning events for the residents and their families. Each month, she prepares a dynamic activities calendar filled with programs for each and every day. She enjoys seeing the residents happy, especially around the holidays and says the daily interactions with residents are her favorite part of the job.

Drew Zetts
Maintenance Director

Drew Zetts has spent the past 11 years working in long-term care, and became part of the Regency Healthcare & Rehabilitation family in 2019. His background includes coursework in Facility Maintenance at Delaware Technical Community College Innovation Technology Center. Drew is an outdoors enthusiast and an avid fan of bull riding.
